    A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, 1998, in Ross Hollywood Chapel for Earl W. Robinson, who died June 5 at age 87.
    Mr. Robinson was born July 10, 1910, in Portland. He graduated from Grant High School and attended Beavercreek United Church of Christ. He was a carpenter and dairyman and retired in 1960. His first wife, Zora V., died in 1973.
    Survivors include his wife, Mildred P; son, Ronald W. of Aurora; daughter, Marie M. Haggenmiller of Scottsburg; brother, Duane of Phoenix; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
    Private interment will be in Beavercreek Cemetery.

    A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, in Olympia-Lacey Church of God in Lacey, Wash., for Stanley J. Mitchell, who died Feb. 7 at age 99. Mr. Mitchell was born July 2, 1904, in Yakima. He served in the Navy. In 1926, he moved to Oregon City and earned a law degree from Northwestern School of Law, now Lewis & Clark Law School. He was an attorney in private practice in Oregon City, a district attorney for Clackamas County for eight years and later a justice of the peace in Florence. He moved to Lacey in 1997. In 1926, he married Bertha Lauth; she died in 2001. Survivors include his son, Stanley J. Jr; daughter, Myra Richards; sisters, Alma Wilson and Lola Emel; companion, Virginia Mouer; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Remembrances to the church.
