He is survived by two brothers, Miles Hecht of Minneapolis and Mark (Peggy) Hecht of Elysian; one sister, Marilyn Hecht of Nashville, TN; nieces and nephews, Brad (Taia) Hermel Sr. of Janesville , Pat (Amanda) Hermel of Janesville; Steven (Bonnie) Hermel of Eagle Lake, and Liz (Fred) Pratt of Waterville; and many great nieces, nephews and other extended relation. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be announced at a later time. Burial will be at Immanuel United Methodist Cemetery in Blooming Grove Township, Waseca County.
