    Harley was born on Aug. 13, 1940 in Wenatchee, Wash. to Gottle C. Rumbolz and Bernice P. Rumbolz.
    Harley, as a boy, was raised in Wenatchee, then to Omak, resided in Concrete for eight years then moved to Okanogan in 1990. Harley attended school in Wenatchee and his last year in Leavenworth. He was a professional jack-of-all-trades.
    Harley was married to Sharon Rumbolz from 1960 to 1973. He married the widowed Terry Rumbolz in 1973.
    He served in the military as a radio operator for four years and was in the Naval Reserve for two years. Harley served during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
    Harley loved his ATV, fishing, boating, camping, bowling, snowmobiling, going to casinos, and spending quality time with his friends and family most of all. He was a member of the ATV Club, NRA and F.O.E.
    He is survived by his wife, Terry, of Conconully, Wash. and seven children, Debby Rumbolz of Okanogan, Pamela VerValen of Okanogan, Dion Rumbolz of Spokane, Phyllis Tonner of Oregon, Dean Tonner of Okanogan, David Rumbolz of Okanogan, and Darin Rumbolz of Seattle. He also is survived by multiple grandchildren and many adopted grandchildren; not to mention the many friends who loved and cherished their time with Harley and called him Dad or Grandpa.
    Harley was preceded in death by his parents; a half-sister; and his ex-wife.
    A memorial outing will be scheduled in the spring at Sit 'n Bull.
